Are you a customer service professional with a knack for problem-solving? Do you have experience in the financial services or superannuation industry? We are looking for a dedicated Helpline Consultant to provide superior front-line support for our members and clients. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand, helping members navigate their superannuation products and online systems with confidence and ease.
Job Responsibility:
Provide expert support regarding the Mercer Super Trust, corporate funds, and retail superannuation products
Offer mentoring, training, and technical support to fellow Helpline Consultants
Build strong, positive relationships with internal stakeholders
Use knowledge of superannuation legislation and online services to provide general advice and resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:
Experience in a Contact Centre based position
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Windows and internet applications
Resilient and team-oriented
Exposure to the Financial Services industry favorable but not required
