Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure Service Desk operations using various logging tools to handle, track, resolve, or escalate incidents, requests, and changes
  • Provide local and remote IT support to end users
  • Monitor and follow up on registered tickets to ensure end-to-end SLA compliance

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
  • Advanced user-level experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with remote access tools
  • Experience in supporting local networks
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Availability for on-site work in Braga
