  • Email Management & Triaging: Monitor incoming correspondence and categorize emails into specific buckets (e.g., general queries vs. formal complaints)
  • Query Resolution: Address standard and general inquiries efficiently using pre-approved communication templates
  • Maintain the tone and brand standards of the organization in all written correspondence
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Proactively follow up with Depository Participants (DPs) via telephone to expedite pending responses
  • Act as a bridge between investors and DPs to ensure seamless information flow
