Job Responsibility:
Responding to inbound calls and emails from a variety of clients
Liaising with internal teams and subcontractors
Delivering first-class customer service
Using your communication skills to resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject
Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
Understanding of Help Desk operation
Customer Service skills
Keyboard skills
Nice to have:
Experience in customer service, retail, or a helpdesk environment
