We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our facilities management team on a temporary basis. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and providing high-quality support to our clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Manage internal mail sorting and provide support
Act as the central point of contact for general office queries, utilizing the Maximo helpdesk system and other specialized software
Deliver high-quality service by effectively supporting changing client needs and resolving inquiries promptly
Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Requirements:
Competency in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn new helpdesk software
Strong customer service skills
Professional and flexible approach to problem-solving
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
