Job Description:

Helpdesk Administrator role providing facilities management and customer support as the first point of contact for building and service operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering calls and helping people with their queries
  • Logging helpdesk requests
  • Coordinating engineers and contractors to get things fixed
  • Keeping clients informed
  • Creating reports, quotes, and keeping everything running
  • Using initiative to solve problems and escalate when needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a facilities or FM helpdesk role
  • Top-notch communication skills-written and spoken
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • A team player who can also fly solo when needed
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a love for helping others
