We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our client in Delray Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role focuses on remote troubleshooting and ticket resolution, ensuring high quality and timely support for external clients.
Job Responsibility:
Provide first and second-level support for user issues via phone, email, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, including password resets, account creation, and permissions management
Administer and support Office 365 accounts, including mailbox setup, user access, and license assignments
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 operating system problems, including software installations, Windows updates, and device connectivity
Document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialist teams as appropriate
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement
Requirements:
Experience working with Active Directory in a support or administrative capacity
