We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team on a contract basis in North Canton, Ohio. This position will provide essential IT support to ensure smooth operations during a staffing need. The role will be for approximately 30-60 days and offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10 operating systems
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory
Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
Utilize Microsoft Intune to assist with device management and security
Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
Document solutions and maintain accurate records of all support activities
Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to understand and address their IT concerns
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures while providing support
Assist in maintaining smooth IT operations during staffing transitions
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for device and security management
Solid understanding of Active Directory and user account management
Experience working with Windows 10 operating systems
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
Familiarity with managing and resolving service desk tickets
Strong communication skills to interact with team members and end-users effectively
Attention to detail and the ability to document processes accurately
Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role is preferred
