We are seeking a Help Desk professional with experience supporting end users in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows 10, and ticketing systems.
Job Responsibility:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and user access issues
Troubleshoot Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365-related problems
Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory
Document, track, and resolve issues through a ticketing system
Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams as needed
Assist with workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration
Deliver strong customer service while supporting internal users
Requirements:
Experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Windows 10
Experience using a ticketing system to manage support requests
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support issues effectively
