Our client is hiring for a Help Desk Technician II to provide exceptional technical support and help optimize their internal systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills, who thrives in collaborative environments, and is ready to elevate their career to the next tier of IT support.

Job Responsibility:

  • maintaining IT hardware and software applications
  • conducting basic network and system troubleshooting
  • identifying opportunities to enhance internal IT workflows and systems
  • ensuring effective communication between various internal departments
  • documenting technical solutions and processes for ongoing operational improvement

Requirements:

  • Active Directory
  • EDI systems
  • Office 365
  • IT hardware repair knowledge (computers, printers, laptops, scanners, etc.)
  • Basic VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DCHP understanding
