Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to end users in a fast-paced IT environment. This role will support users with day-to-day technical issues and deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, and remote support.
Job Responsibility
Provide help desk support for hardware, software, and user access issues
Perform Active Directory password resets and basic account administration
Support users with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and related tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows 10 environments
Deliver remote support to end users via phone, email, and chat
Document support requests, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system
Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams as needed
Maintain strong communication with users throughout the support process
Requirements
Previous experience in a help desk, desktop support, or technical support role
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10
Strong remote troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting users through phone, email, and chat
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently
