BlueWater Federal is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to support Dept of the Navy at the Pentagon
Job Responsibility
Align with DoD IT support standards, NMCI/NGEN service support, and cybersecurity requirements
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues at Tier 2 level
Manage and facilitate customer service to deliver NGEN/NGEN-R services to end users, process service request orders, and provide management, support and oversight to the lead CTR.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 2 years of experience working with the NMCI/CoSC/NGEN/NGEN-R contracts ordering and tracking system
Active Secret clearance required
Experience with Active Directory, HP Service Manager, and IT service desk processes is essential.
