We are looking for junior profiles who are eager to learn and grow in the technical area of infrastructure and Workplace, to join Inetum's Help Desk team for an innovative project with a client in the Telecommunications sector. The role will be performed on a hybrid basis, based in Covilhã, and in rotating shifts, providing first-line technical support.
Job Responsibility:
Handling and resolving first-line technical requests related to infrastructure, Workplace, and services
Recording and monitoring incidents in the ticketing system
Escalating more complex situations to second-line teams
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective and friendly support
Collaborating with technical teams for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Technical training (preferably in IT, networking or telecommunications)
Previous experience in technical support roles is valued
Interest and motivation to learn about infrastructure and telecommunications
Basic knowledge of Help Desk (Windows, networks, remote support tools)
