We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. Job Responsibility:
Provide timely and effective support for desktop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting
Manage and resolve user account issues within Active Directory, ensuring security and accessibility
Diagnose and repair operating system problems, particularly within Windows environments
Respond to and resolve service desk tickets, maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions
Assist users with technical challenges related to Windows 10 and other standard applications
Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and address network connectivity and peripheral device issues
Configure and maintain desktop hardware and software to meet organizational standards
Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improve support processes
Educate users on best practices for utilizing IT systems and tools effectively
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
Experience with Active Directory for managing user accounts and permissions
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and related applications
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
