We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Staten Island, New York. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical assistance to ensure smooth operations across multiple networks and campuses. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting systems, servers, and devices while collaborating with vendors to address hardware and software issues.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support to over 150 users across various networks and campuses
Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint devices
Set up, configure, and manage multiple VMware servers, ensuring proper functionality and resolving issues
Install, configure, and manage network devices to support organizational services
Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware challenges
Lead projects involving server upgrades and migrations, ensuring timely and effective execution
Requirements:
Proficiency in Active Directory management and maintenance
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and related systems
Experience in basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments
Ability to handle service desk tickets efficiently and provide timely resolutions
