We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and excels in providing technical assistance and resolving IT issues effectively. The role will involve supporting end-users, managing service desk requests, and ensuring a seamless technology experience.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to service desk inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently
Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows 10 systems and applications
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory
Provide guidance and solutions for basic IT troubleshooting tasks
Document and track service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution
Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software
Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges
Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing user concerns
Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
Continuously update knowledge of IT systems and tools to improve support capabilities
Requirements:
Proficiency in Active Directory management
