We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in SLC, Utah. In this role, you will provide technical support to ensure seamless IT operations and address user challenges effectively. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in troubleshooting and a customer-focused approach.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to service desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently
Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10 and troubleshoot operating system-related problems
Manage Active Directory tasks, including user account creation and permissions
Diagnose and address hardware and software issues for end users
Assist users with basic troubleshooting and IT inquiries
Ensure all support requests are documented and tracked accurately
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems
Maintain and update IT documentation to support operational processes
Deliver excellent customer service while addressing technical concerns
Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely resolutions
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in help desk or desktop support roles
Proficiency in Active Directory, including user management and permissions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and related troubleshooting
Hands-on experience resolving hardware and software issues
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
