We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will provide technical assistance and resolve IT-related issues for end-users in a non-profit environment. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in troubleshooting and customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to resolve end-user issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Microsoft Windows 10 systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
