We are looking for an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This long-term contract position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a strong background in mobile device management and IT support. The role involves ensuring seamless operations of mobile technologies while adhering to security policies and compliance standards.
Job Responsibility:
Configure, deploy, and update mobile devices to support organizational needs
Enforce security policies and ensure compliance across all mobile platforms
Provide technical troubleshooting and support for mobile device issues
Monitor device usage and performance, generating reports to inform decision-making
Develop and deliver user training materials and documentation on mobile device usage
Procure and manage inventory for mobile devices and related equipment
Stay informed on the latest iOS and Android enterprise features and industry trends
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, policy creation, and application deployment
Strong skills in administering WatchGuard security solutions, including configuration and monitoring
Advanced ability to create actionable reports and analytics on device and security performance
Proven experience in budgeting IT resources and managing cost-effective solutions
Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to diverse audiences
Proficiency in mobility management and MDM technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and handling service desk tickets
At least five years of relevant experience in IT support and mobile device management
