We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for end users while ensuring the smooth operation of systems and processes. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, communication, and maintaining a secure IT environment.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver on-site technical support to users with varying levels of IT knowledge
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and systems
Manage user accounts, including password resets and access control
Perform basic network tasks such as updating IP addresses
Generate, analyze, and utilize system and operational data reports
Collaborate in managing information systems and electronic processes
Support system audits and contribute to the evaluation of findings
Safeguard IT assets and uphold information security protocols
Assist the IT Manager with monitoring, planning, and improving IT workflows
Requirements:
Proficiency in Active Directory for account and access management
Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Experience with service desk ticketing systems
Familiarity with basic network management tasks
Strong analytical skills for interpreting system data
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
