Job Description

Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across desktop, network, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working within a ticketing system, and a solid understanding of networking fundamentals in a hybrid cloud environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and resolve end-user support requests through a ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Diagnose and resolve TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network-related problems
  • Support users across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
  • Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support, help desk, or systems support experience
  • Experience using ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
