Job Responsibility:
Resolution of IT incidents and requests, either on-site or remotely when applicable
Updating tickets with detailed information on actions taken and findings
Keeping records up to date for the equipment serviced
Ability to work independently in stressful environments, occasionally without immediate support
Installation, troubleshooting, and resolution of printing issues
