We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Call Center Support team member to join our team in Reston, Virginia. In this Contract role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate technical support and solutions

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear and thorough communication

  • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide guidance and education to users on best practices and system usage
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a help desk or call center support role
