We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Stockton, California, as part of a Contract to permanent position within the aerospace industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users across multiple environments, ensuring smooth system functionality and resolving issues promptly. Job Responsibility:
Address and resolve help desk tickets efficiently to minimize downtime for users
Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
Assist remote users with VPN access and troubleshooting to ensure seamless connectivity
Manage user accounts and perform basic networking tasks to maintain system reliability
Collaborate with IT leadership and team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Deliver detail-oriented and customer-focused support to enhance user satisfaction
Document resolutions and maintain accurate records of help desk activities
Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve system performance
Stay updated on emerging technologies to continuously enhance support capabilities
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting Windows-based systems in a detail-oriented environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and basic networking principles
Ability to effectively assist both remote and on-site users with technical challenges
Excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly with VPN and remote access
Strong communication abilities to convey technical information clearly
Familiarity with managing service desk tickets and documenting solutions
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on providing efficient resolutions
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented IT department
