We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support to ensure seamless operation across various devices and systems. Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support for Mac computers, Apple devices, and associated hardware
Manage and configure devices using MDM technologies such as Jamf Pro
Administer user accounts and permissions via tools like Okta
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and audio-visual systems
Ensure proper setup and maintenance of devices through configuration management
Assist with deployment and management of Rippling software
Collaborate with team members to identify and address technical challenges
Deliver timely and effective solutions to enhance user experience
Document and track support requests to maintain accurate records
Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve support services
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
Proficiency in managing Mac computers and Apple devices
Knowledge of configuration management and MDM technologies, including Jamf Pro
Familiarity with Okta for account and access management
Strong troubleshooting skills in computer hardware and software
Experience with Rippling software and audio-visual systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
