We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst III to join our team in Farmers Branch, Texas. In this role, you will provide advanced IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hardware, software, and network systems. This is a Contract to permanent position within the manufacturing industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver expert-level technical support for escalated issues across hardware, software, and network systems
Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems related to Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, and Multi-Factor Authentication
Provide clear and detail-oriented communication to teams and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service
Collaborate with peers and management to address IT infrastructure needs and improve operational efficiency
Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry best practices
Troubleshoot and analyze issues using advanced techniques and tools
Support Microsoft licensing and ensure compliance across systems
Manage service desk tickets, prioritizing tasks effectively and adhering to service level agreements
Assist with technology rollouts and AV system projects as needed
Contribute to the shared knowledge base to enhance team capabilities and problem-solving efficiency
Requirements:
At least five years of recent experience in IT support roles handling infrastructure, systems, and applications
Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 10, and basic troubleshooting techniques
Hands-on experience with Intune and Multi-Factor Authentication systems
Familiarity with service desk ticket management and resolution processes
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows environments and licensing
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent qualifications
