We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team on a contract basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of computer systems and devices. This position requires expertise in various technologies and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
Job Responsibility:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Android devices, Apple devices, and Mac computers
Configure and deploy computer hardware and software systems, ensuring proper functionality
Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory
Support Citrix and Cisco technologies to maintain system performance and security
Perform routine system maintenance and updates to optimize functionality
Assist with configuration management and ensure compliance with company standards
Collaborate with team members to implement new deployments and upgrades
Document technical issues and solutions to improve future support processes
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external users
Requirements:
Proven experience in Android development and support
Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix technologies
Proficiency in working with Mac computers and Apple devices
Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications
Hands-on experience with Active Directory management
Expertise in computer hardware troubleshooting and configuration
Ability to perform system deployments and configuration tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
