Our client is looking for an experienced Helicopter Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of their ground operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional service to clients. You will act as a key liaison between clients, flight crews, and operational staff, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and handling all operational queries
  • Flight Coordination: Manage and book flights, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the ground operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure operational excellence
  • Operational Planning: Oversee daily ground operations, including aircraft handling, logistics, and coordination with flight crews
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety standards, company policies, and aviation regulations
  • Charter Management: Coordinate charter helicopter flights, liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Problem Solving: Address operational challenges promptly and effectively to maintain service quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aviation operations or a similar role within the aviation industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational compliance
