Our client is a growing boutique hedge fund that focuses on trading public equities. The Hedge Fund Administrative Assistant will support the firm with operational and financial administrative functions.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of financial documents and reports
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in reports and presentations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fund transactions and activities
Organize and file important documents, contracts, and agreements
Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports
Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by fund managers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
2-7 years of experience in administrative roles within the financial industry
Knowledge of hedge fund operations and financial markets is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
