Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and coordinate maintenance flow
  • Track progress, generate reports
  • Creation and monitoring of heavy maintenance check schedules
  • Maintain and optimise manpower availability
  • Assist with planning and heavy maintenance projects
  • Implement new planning procedures and processes
  • Motivate team members to complete tasks on schedule
  • Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports

Requirements:

  • Good English skills (speaking & writing)
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
  • Excellent computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) particularly in Excel. Knowledge of AMOS, SmartSheet advantageous
  • Attention to detail. Work with a high level of individual responsibility
  • Good organisational, analytical & time management skills essential
  • Ability to work within a dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Planning background or strong technical background with a proven record of problem solving and results
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise directly with supervisors and managers

  • Update BOM list bi-weekly
  • Track problem areas in the mill by reviewing function locations that have repetitive work orders
  • Track cylinder, electric motor and pump failures through open work orders to completion
