Immediate Availability: Ready and available to begin full-time employment on June 22nd, 2026
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction, assembly, or heavy manufacturing environment
Tool Proficiency: Confident and safe operation of hand and power tools (specifically drills and impact guns)
Environment Comfort: Comfortable working in a heavy industrial setting that can get hot and dirty
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8.5-hour shift
Reliability: An excellent track record for attendance and punctuality
Background Check: Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire

Job Responsibility

Working as an integral part of a fast-paced production line in a heavy manufacturing/construction environment
Using hand and power tools (impact drills, grinders, etc.) to safely remove casings from large items
Collaborating with your team to keep the production line moving efficiently
Maintaining an independent workflow on your designated section of the line
Adhering to all workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
