Randstad Canada is seeking reliable Manufacturing Construction Labourers for an upcoming start on June 22nd, 2026 at a premier facility in South Whitby.

Job Responsibility

  • Working as an integral part of a fast-paced production line in a heavy manufacturing/construction environment
  • Using hand and power tools (impact drills, grinders, etc.) to safely remove casings from large items
  • Collaborating with your team to keep the production line moving efficiently
  • Maintaining an independent workflow on your designated section of the line
  • Adhering to all workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Immediate Availability: Ready and available to begin full-time employment on June 22nd, 2026
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction, assembly, or heavy manufacturing environment
  • Tool Proficiency: Confident and safe operation of hand and power tools (specifically drills and impact guns)
  • Environment Comfort: Comfortable working in a heavy industrial setting that can get hot and dirty
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8.5-hour shift
  • Reliability: An excellent track record for attendance and punctuality
  • Background Check: Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire
