We are seeking a hardworking, physically fit, and dependable Heavy General Labourer to join our manufacturing and logistics team in Brantford, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on movement, staging, and organization of heavy products and materials throughout our facility. Job Responsibility

  • Load raw materials onto conveyors, monitor automated machinery, and carefully off-bear finished products from the line
  • Safely lift, stack, and transport materials and products weighing up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation, clear minor equipment jams using strict lock-out tag-out protocols, and promptly report any mechanical issues
  • Conduct visual inspections of completed goods to guarantee they meet strict facility standards and specifications
  • Review daily production schedules, monitor digital displays, and coordinate closely with supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow and prevent bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing/construction environment is an asset
  • Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Clear communication and attention to detail
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and a clear criminal background check
