Job Responsibility

  • Operate designated heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, or skid steers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Transport personnel or materials using company vehicles as needed
  • Perform pre-operational checks and basic cleaning of equipment before and after use
  • Support daily surface operations including material handling, road maintenance, and site cleanup
  • Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly to the maintenance team or supervisor
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate clearly with coworkers to ensure safety
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
  • Assist with site cleanup, setup, or other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience operating heavy equipment
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Basic operating skills for equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or skid steers
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and complete basic equipment inspections
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others on site
