Job Responsibility

  • Receive ordered parts and place them using appropriate equipment (pallet jack, cart, etc.)
  • Verify the accuracy of received orders using invoices and purchase orders
  • Label received parts with barcodes and store them properly in the warehouse
  • Perform daily inventory counts
  • Search for parts in case of inventory discrepancies
  • Provide mechanics with the required parts and tools quickly and efficiently, using a pallet jack when needed
  • Close work orders
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts department
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to handle materials and work standing up
  • Comfortable using computers (MS Office Suite)
