Our client, a leading heavy construction firm specializing in large-scale land development and infrastructure., are looking for an Intermediate OR Senior Civil Estimator to join This role requires a professional who blends technical precision with a deep understanding of field production. You will manage the full estimating lifecycle, ensuring that every bid reflects real-world site constraints and optimized operational workflows.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute precise quantity takeoffs for earthworks, site servicing, and shoring utilizing modern digital tools.
  • Construct detailed cost breakdowns covering labor, specialized equipment, hauling logistics, and disposal fees.
  • Analyze project specifications and municipal standards to identify potential operational risks and site constraints.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal project teams to secure competitive pricing and align project scopes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in heavy civil estimating, specifically within bulk excavation and grading.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in AGTEK, Bluebeam Revu, and advanced Excel for complex data analysis.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of OPSS, municipal infrastructure requirements, and local trucking/disposal logistics.
  • Project History: Proven track record in pricing public sector works, including LRT or major utility installations.
