Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or demonstrable equivalent experience
Part P electrical qualification
Strong knowledge of heat metering technology and maintenance
Excellent diagnostic, fault-finding, and repair skills

Job Responsibility

Conduct quality assurance and final sign-off of heat meter assets and associated infrastructure on new sites before adoption by the Heat Operations team
Carry out maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on existing heat meter infrastructure across the estate
Manage and deliver small-scale projects focused on improving operational efficiency of metering systems
Identify, track, and report risks and improvement opportunities
Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical advice to internal engineering and sales teams to ensure adherence to design and build specifications

Job Responsibility

Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region
Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards
Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually
Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work
To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements
