Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Heathrow Safety and Security team as a Heathrow Safety Business Partner, responsible for supporting management teams to ensure oversight of safety, security, and environmental standards within the Heathrow Operation. The daily role will involve partnering with aligned management teams to provide expert support, utilising data insight to identify trends and driving the implementation of preventative measures and local improvement plans. It is expected that the successful candidate will also play a significant role in the delivery of Management of Change and completion of risk assessments for their aligned area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting management teams to ensure oversight of safety, security, and environmental standards within the Heathrow Operation
  • Partnering with aligned management teams to provide expert support
  • Utilising data insight to identify trends and driving the implementation of preventative measures and local improvement plans
  • Playing a significant role in the delivery of Management of Change and completion of risk assessments for their aligned area

Requirements:

  • Substantial operational experience within a safety critical environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments within a change environment
  • Ability to hold an airside pass
