An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Heathrow Safety and Security team as a Heathrow Investigations Manager, leading a dedicated Heathrow Safety Investigation Leads, responsible for delivery of high-quality Safety and Security investigations in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of 7 highly motivated and engaged Heathrow Investigation Leads and Heathrow Investigation Support team members
  • Accountable for performance and development of the team
  • Promote a high-performance culture
  • Manage and deliver high quality safety and security investigations
  • Provide meaningful data to identify and track trends across Heathrow Operations
  • Assure the standard for complex investigations into accidents and incidents
  • Ensure delivery of coherent, accurate and consistent reports identifying root cause and causal factors
  • Identify trends and drive application and continuous development of British Airways safety behaviours

Requirements:
