Job Description:

The Transfer Department is an entry level position with no experience required. The Transfer Department will understand and maintain quality standards while keeping up with production expectations as well as help with unloading, stacking or assist in other departments as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reading and understanding work orders
  • Operating heat press to apply graphics on shirt
  • Keeping track of production numbers and times
  • Learning nuances of press setting/Speca for each type of garments and transfer
  • Understanding and maintaining quality standards while keeping up with production expectations
  • Helping in other departments as needed
  • Help with unloading, stacking or assist in other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
