Job Description:

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a balanced private-practice role focused on high-quality, ethical hearing care rather than aggressive sales targets. You’ll deliver adult hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting and aftercare, and wax removal (microsuction preferred, with training available), while owning your clinic diary and building long-term relationships with a loyal local patient base.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide adult audiology services across multiple Surrey clinics
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and evidence-based hearing aid fittings
  • Deliver high-quality aftercare and patient follow-up
  • Carry out wax removal, including microsuction (or undertake training)
  • Work closely with the Lead Audiologist for Surrey and the Head of Audiology
  • Travel between sites with the support of a car allowance

Requirements:

  • Qualified Audiologist with HCPC registration (or eligibility)
  • BSc, MSc of FD in Audiology – All considered
  • Background in NHS and/or private practice welcome
  • Strong adult diagnostic audiology skills
  • Confident communicator with a patient-centred, consultative approach
  • Comfortable working in a private, revenue-generating environment without “hard sell” pressure
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
What we offer:
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • Incentive scheme linked to hearing aid sales
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Supportive clinical leadership and ongoing development
  • Modern equipment and well-resourced clinics
