As an AI Consultant, you will connect client stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring effective project execution in the healthcare domain. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead Agile teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. The role requires 8+ years of experience in healthcare and AI, along with strong project management skills. A bachelor's degree is required, and exceptional communication skills are essential. As an AI Consultant with NTT DATA, you will serve as the critical link between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This position blends responsibilities from healthcare consulting, product management, and Agile leadership to ensure that projects are executed effectively and deliver meaningful results. Your primary responsibility will be translating client business needs into actionable steps that guide the technical teams. You will lead cross-functional teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring that each project phase is managed efficiently and that deliverables align with client expectations. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of AI technologies from a functional perspective, as well as advanced project management and business analysis capabilities. The role demands deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including their diverse applications within the healthcare domain. Additionally, you must be able to communicate the business value of AI solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Responsibility:

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients and AI solution architects to capture and refine AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with AI solution architects to design the technical solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and is feasible to implement
  • Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the delivered solution meets acceptance criteria
  • Feedback Facilitation: Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Engagement Management: Support engagement leaders and project managers in managing project schedules, identifying and managing issues and risks, allocating resources effectively, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Healthcare Domain
  • 8+ years of experience in iterative solution development in roles such as Program Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate their business applications
  • Ability to travel at least 25%

Nice to have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management
  • Experience working in a consulting environment or delivering enterprise AI solutions
