Job Description:

Play an integral role in the department's activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of a specific industry-focused team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Formulating new business proposals
  • Developing company forecasts and valuations
  • Evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios
  • Preparing documents related to the public issuance of stock
  • Use data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes
  • Translate business objectives into clearly defined business cases, costs, and schedules
  • Write and edit material for various target populations
  • Develop a plan and follow up to manage net present value (NPV) analysis on candidates
  • Perform business case development, financial modeling, and accounting and valuation analyses
  • Support to prioritize and close key deals
