Healthcare Support Worker

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals
• Assist with bed making, room cleaning, and patient transfers
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure that the healthcare facility is maintained in a clean and safe condition
• Assist with laundry and linen handling
• Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
• Coordinate patient appointments and schedules
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to provide quality patient care
• Assist with training new staff members

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

6 months experience preferred
