Job Responsibility
Develop and manage national healthcare system accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
Build strategic account plans to maximize growth and retention
Independently negotiate enterprise-level contracts, bill rates, and service agreements
Partner with internal recruitment and leadership teams to deliver on client needs
Provide regular business reviews, reporting, and performance metrics to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for expansion across specialties and geographies
Resolve escalated client and traveler concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction
Requirements
2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or account management
Track record managing high-value accounts in a national or enterprise setting
Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building at executive levels
