We are looking for an experienced Healthcare SQL/Python Data Analyst to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and integrating healthcare data to support organizational goals. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement within healthcare datasets
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support data extraction, manipulation, and reporting needs
  • Utilize Python for advanced data processing, automation, and analytical tasks
  • Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
  • Design and generate reports using SSRS to present findings to internal teams and leadership
  • Work with HL7 standards to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability within healthcare systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, integration, and system performance
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and patient care outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, particularly within the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data processing and analysis
  • Familiarity with SSRS for report development and presentation
  • Knowledge of HL7 standards and their application in healthcare data integration
  • Ability to gather and interpret requirements from stakeholders to deliver tailored data solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing complex datasets
