Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a variety of claims across clinical negligence, product liability, and historic abuse claims
  • Advising major indemnifiers, insurers and healthcare professionals
  • Handling complex litigation from inception to resolution
  • Liaising closely with clients and ensuring compliance with service standards
  • Supporting the continued growth of the healthcare practice

Requirements:

  • A qualification as a solicitor in Scotland with expertise in professional indemnity, clinical negligence, healthcare of abuse claims
  • Proven experience in handling complex legal cases within the healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
