Job Description:

The Hiring Support Specialist is responsible for supporting a specific Enterprise Account with various hiring duties. Hiring Support Specialist will support the completion of pre-assignment requirements, collection of required employment documents and certification validations, and, when needed, provide assistance with screening and Interviewing activities to support the operation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interact with candidates for employment, via phone, and email to ensure proper screening process is completed and documented
  • Communicate directly with operations team members to complete candidate readiness for site employment
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful outcomes
  • Utilize online tools to document activities, provide tracking for hiring process requirements, and provide timely responses
  • When required, screen and interview candidates for employment
  • Participate in staffing and general meetings, prepared to discuss candidates in process, obstacles faced
  • Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments as needed
  • Coordinate second interviews with clients or Account Managers as needed
  • Schedule new hires for orientation and track their progress through the entire hiring lifecycle
  • Communicate with operations and HR teams to ensure candidate readiness and smooth onboarding
  • Utilize online tools and software to document activities, track hiring process requirements, and provide timely reporting
  • Participate in recruiting events, including on-site and virtual hiring fairs, job fairs, and branch-level recruitment initiatives as required
  • Enter Compliance code into WinTeam
  • Review WinTeam working and master schedule to ensure uncredentialed employees are not on post
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or customer service related experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related position in either recruiting or credentialing
  • Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience with workforce scheduling software applications
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Prior experience in fast-paced administrative or security operations environment
