A leading Top 50 international law firm is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory/Advisory Solicitor with strong advocacy skills and a proven track record in healthcare regulatory or inquests work to join their regulatory/advisory team in Leeds. The role involves providing expert legal advice to health and social care clients on diverse issues, including litigation, governance, and healthcare regulations. Job Responsibility:

Offering advice to health and social care clients on inquests, litigation including court of protection and judicial review, and mental health tribunal matters
handling governance and patient safety investigations
advising on mental health and mental capacity law such as deprivation of liberty
assisting with public law and governance for service provider organisations
managing confidentiality and information law matters
aiding with CQC and healthcare regulation cases

Requirements:

Solid track record undertaking Healthcare Regulatory or Inquests work
strong advocacy skills
