A leading Top 50 international law firm is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory/Advisory Solicitor with strong advocacy skills and a proven track record in healthcare regulatory or inquests work to join their regulatory/advisory team in Leeds. The role involves providing expert legal advice to health and social care clients on diverse issues, including litigation, governance, and healthcare regulations. Job Responsibility:

  • Offering advice to health and social care clients on inquests, litigation including court of protection and judicial review, and mental health tribunal matters
  • handling governance and patient safety investigations
  • advising on mental health and mental capacity law such as deprivation of liberty
  • assisting with public law and governance for service provider organisations
  • managing confidentiality and information law matters
  • aiding with CQC and healthcare regulation cases
