Job Responsibility

  • Handle a rich mix of Court of Protection, inquests, mental health law, CQC/HSE matters, safeguarding, and regulatory litigation
  • Work with public and private sector clients including NHS bodies, local authorities, care providers, and educational institutions

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitors in regulatory/health/social care/education law, join from Solicitor level up to Senior Associate depending on your PQE level
  • Comfortable with both contentious & advisory matters
  • Strong advocate (inquest or Court of Protection experience would be a bonus)
  • Commercially minded with a team-player approach
