Job Description:

Join a standout Top Tier law firm seeking Solicitors for their Healthcare Regulatory team to handle diverse casework, support career growth, and work in a collaborative culture.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a rich mix of Court of Protection, inquests, mental health law, CQC/HSE matters, safeguarding, and regulatory litigation
Work with public and private sector clients including NHS bodies, local authorities, care providers, and educational institutions

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitors in regulatory/health/social care/education law, join from Solicitor level up to Senior Associate depending on your PQE level
Comfortable with both contentious & advisory matters
Strong advocate (inquest or Court of Protection experience would be a bonus)
Commercially minded with a team-player approach

Nice to have:

Inquest or Court of Protection experience
